I'm a passionate artist with varied interests, may it be the absolute adorable or may it be more mature art. Drawing either fanart or original work with my own characters, I do all kinds of work that range from illustration, design, VTuber Asset art and more as I learn. |Notice| This T.O.S. is for my general art along with when commissioning my art. Both will be mixed together.
| Refunds | After you've paid for your commission, you have until I reach your commission for drafting to refund the money spent for the commission. Once I have begun, there is no refund available and your commission will be finished. Unless, there are communication issues where as I do not get a reply back then it'll be on pause until I hear back from you.
| Posting | Provide a link to one of my official socials with 'Art by AliceLand (Kitsunetrade)' when posting.
| Use | Commercial use is disallowed, unless talked and agreed by both parties with an agreement of signed documents if needed at request from my end. Otherwise, as banners or icons or personal backgrounds are fine (with given credit to me, see 'Posting').
| Turnarounds | This varies heavily due to: Communication, Malfunctions, Real Life Situations, Attending Events, Changes to Commission, Schedule and Health Situations. I do not state an estimate of when art finishes due to experience with commissions and the unpredictable circumstances. If you need it by a due date, there will be a fee depending on amount of workload compared to how soon art is wanted starting at $20+ and I require a minimum of five weeks at least before the due date.

[ Notice ] This rule exists as not to give an unspoken promise/expectation of when the art may finish, then let the commissioner down in client to artist relationship. As well prevent forms of scams around this.
| Slot Limits | Slot Limits are as listed when commissions are open, once they are all taken up I will not take anymore. I do offer Priority Commissions, in which you pay a fee to be bumped front of the line, but there is only one slot per batch for this.
| Signature/Logo | My signatures and logo are to stay on the art, not to be removed nor edited out nor cover them no use AI to remove it.
| Communicating | I request you do your best to reply as soon as you can, as I do show progress updates of the art and will wait until I get your okay to continue. This ensures the art is to your liking and if you spot a mistake that I don't see myself.
| Changes | I am very generous with making changes during sketch and lineart phases, but after one experience I will limit the changes before charging a fee for each. This does not include touch ups, small fixes or add-ons. This excludes design commissions during sketch/drafting phase.
Sketch Phase : You will have 15 chances before I start charging $5 per change
Lineart/Coloring : You will have 5 changes before I start charging $5 per change

[Notice] To avoid change fees, please do make sure everything in your commission is up to date with ideas and design, while also making sure you didn’t forget to note anything.
| Commercial Use | You are NOT allowed to use my art, even if as yourself or character or avatar (etc) for commercial use, unless there has been consent from me or an agreement met by both parties. If there has to be a document signed, then it must be signed in agreement to what is written; typically asked if royalty fees or split pay is involved. Otherwise, I request a 75% of the art value on top of the payment in compensation for what my art may help earn.Commercial Use Examples

| NSFW Artwork | I am alright with drawing pin-ups, lewd or sexual moments, but I will not do anything that is uncomfortable to me and I have the right to deny the commission.
| Rights of the Artist | I have every right to issue a refund if I see fit. If the commissioner is being rude or unruly in which causes me stress, I am allowed to stop the commission; refund the commission and not finish the artwork. If I feel uncomfortable with the commission paid for through Ko-fi before knowing what is request, I am allowed to refund it an cancel it.
| AI Use | DON'T - I DO NOT allow any of the art I draw, my own or commissioned, fanart or original, finished or sketches, to be used for/in AI use of any kind. If you choose to download my art, then you agree to not use it in AI generators of any kind.
